Subscription and Refunds

Our Service operates on a subscription model, providing access to our AI-powered social media analysis tools. Each subscription package includes a specific number of monthly AI credits.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: We offer a refund for any unused AI credits remaining on your account.
  • Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for the following:
    • Used AI Credits: Once credits are used for analysis, they are considered consumed and are non-refundable.
    • Partial Subscription Periods: We do not offer prorated refunds for a partially used subscription period. For example, if you cancel a monthly subscription halfway through the billing cycle, you will not receive a refund for the remaining days of that month.
    • Past Subscription Payments: Refunds will not be issued for payments made for previous subscription periods.

Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for unused AI credits, you must:

  2. Include your account information and the reason for your refund request.
  3. Specify the number of unused credits you are requesting a refund for.

All refund requests must be made within 14 days of your most recent subscription payment.

Processing Refunds

Once your request is received and approved, your refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the subscription. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to the Service will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made to your account after cancellation.
