These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reddiscope ("we", "us", "our") products and services (the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Refund Policy.

1. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. When you register, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Subscription, Billing & Cancellations

Our Service is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription plans, pricing, and included AI credits are described on our website and at the time of purchase. By subscribing you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees until you cancel.

  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval selected (monthly or annual) until canceled.

3. Refunds

Our Refund Policy governs all refund requests. In short, we refund unused AI credits if you submit a valid request within the time frame described in the Refund Policy. 4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities or to infringe the rights of others. Prohibited usage includes, but is not limited to: reverse-engineering the Service, interfering with other users, distributing malware, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service and its content are owned by or licensed to Reddiscope. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the Service as provided in these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, or build derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reddiscope will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Service is limited to the amounts you have paid to Reddiscope in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or if required by law. Upon termination your right to use the Service ends and you must stop using the Service immediately.

Special Provisions for EU / UK Users

Data Protection & GDPR (EU) / UK GDPR

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the following provisions apply in addition to the rest of these Terms:

  • Data Controller: Reddiscope acts as the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. Our privacy practices, legal bases for processing, and data subject rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your Rights: You have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at[email protected].
  • Legal Basis: We rely on lawful bases such as consent, contract necessity, and legitimate interest to process personal data. When we rely on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time (this will not affect processing already done on the basis of consent prior to withdrawal).

Consumer Rights & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the EU/UK have statutory consumer protection rights which supplement these Terms. Depending on the type of product or service and how it is delivered, different rights may apply. In particular:

  • If you purchase a subscription for digital services, the right of withdrawal under the EU consumer rules may not apply once the service has begun with your explicit consent.
  • Notwithstanding the above, we will honor refunds for unused AI credits in accordance with our Refund Policy where applicable. For statutory consumer rights (for example, faulty services), you may have additional remedies.

Data Retention

We only collect and store limited personal data—specifically your name and email address—for the purpose of providing and managing your account. We do not store or process any other personal data that can identify you. This information is retained only as long as necessary to maintain your account or comply with legal obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and post the revised Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
